• Grow the existing STG Strategy Consulting practice in the Asia based out of Singapore.
• Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions.
• Overseeing and delivering multiple projects within agreed timeframes and to budget
• Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite executives and other critical team members
• Quickly and efficiently leveraging an extensive global network of Aon STG colleagues, best practices, and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics, and strategic solutions.
• Actively contributing to building high performing teams across the Asia region, fostering a culture of development, and learning to nurture talent.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members in key consulting tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Assist in hiring ad managing colleagues and supporting successful development of their careers.
• Contributing to STG brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences, and presentations.
