Job Description

This role provides business strategic development plan and critical insights, incorporating existing resources, studying various market situations and using analytics to ensure cross functional alignment of business goal and execution, and helps team drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. Lead end-to-end project and own outcomes in areas including financial and operational analyses, process improvement, new product development and launch, and more.

• Map out the business strategic & execution plans to be in line with the Company\'s development direction.

• Structure and implement operational and strategic initatives by developing workable execution plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, developing final recommendations, implementing, analyzing results, and iterating.

• Study various markets (outside China especially) and ensure strong analytics and insights for implementation and to run smooth operations, and strategic initiatives to drive the business plan.

• Define key success metrics and workable execution plans, review organizational efficiencies, and develop organizational design proposals to achieve business goal.

• Lead the team from gathering data, conducting business analysis, to identifying solutions, with effective project communication and management.

• Work closely with respective department to drive strategic and operational analysis and insights.

• Respond to problem statements raised by the internal & external parties and provide problem solving strategy to continue the competitiveness of the business plan.

• Any other duties assigned by the superior or appointed officer.
