Stress Reduction Coach

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Stress Reduction Coach to provide counseling services for employees of a global asset management firm. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical care to clients. This is a part time position with HIGH likelihood of becoming full time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluation for clients\' mental stress level.
• Provide 1:1 personalized coaching to help clients reduce stress and improve clients\' well-being.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions through telemedicine.
• Maintain clients documentation.
• Support clients in stress reduction and other aspects of mental health.
• Respond to client\'s ad hoc needs through online chat.

Requirements:

• Master\'s degree Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited school.
• Active license of the following:
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker),
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselors)
• LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
• LMSC (Licensed Master Social Worker)
• At least five years of experience as a LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMSW.
• Expertise in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
• Experience with workplace stress reduction preferred
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

• Must be available to work during the stated schedule.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
