Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares routine working sketches and layouts.
• Checking of all Drawings & collaborates with the Designing Team for proper updating & suit drawings according to actual site condition & requirements.
• Work with and assist higher level engineers and designers on a directed project-by-project basis.
• Work closely with fabricators and management to insure error free products.
• Simple revisions to existing drawings may be assigned with a verbal explanation of the desired results.
• More complex revisions are produced from sketches or specifications which clearly depict the desired product
• Experience CAD drafting and basic knowledge of the following: Understands inter-relationship of drawings (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
• Creates section cuts / drawings from designer's input.
• Understands make-up of typical drawing package.
• Can demonstrate proper CAD technique.
• Reads and draws Isometrics.
• Complete understanding of layering standards

Desired:

• Experience on Industrial Projects, Structural works and/or Steel Structural and Formworks Detailing.
• Willing to work in Paco Manila (2pax) STAY-OUT : Monday - Saturday (half day - sat)
• Experienced on construction Take offs and Estimating as a plus!
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience preparing various drawings (Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Drawings) is a plus!
