Reporting to the Manager, the roles and responsibilities are:
1) Provide administrative support for Student Affairs matters such as
Overseas Learning Enrichment trips
Admissions
External services, such as health screening and vaccinations, dental services, NRIC registration
Student Withdrawals and transfers
Student insurance
CCA Instructor appointments
2) Administer Scholarship programmes and Financial Assistance Schemes 3) Manage school bookshop and uniform shop vendors 4) Attend to students who are sick or injured 5) Respond to the front desk and general phone line enquiries as backup for primary front desk staff 6) Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
