Role Overview
We are looking for a Student Care Supervisor to lead daily operations at a Pro-Teach centre. This hands-on leadership role involves supervising a team, ensuring children's well-being, and building strong parent and school partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide centre staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Oversee homework supervision, enrichment, meals, and dismissal routines.
Maintain a safe, positive, and child-centred environment.
Plan and monitor engaging programmes, including holiday activities.
Develop trust and maintain good rapport with school leaders, parents, and external stakeholders; communicate professionally with families and liaise closely with schools to ensure strong partnerships.
Handle compliance, safety, reporting, and logistics.
Note: At Pro-Teach, we believe in supporting our leaders. Tasks like Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) applications are managed by Head Office, freeing Supervisors to focus on students and staff.
Requirements
Diploma in Community and Social Services (or equivalent)
2-3 years' relevant experience with some supervisory exposure.
Strong group management, communication, and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Valid Standard First Aid with CPR + AED (or willingness to obtain).
Work Schedule & Location
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm.
