Job Description

This role supports student engagement by planning and managing student life activities, leadership programs, and career services within a private higher education academic institution. The officer also coordinates key events such as orientation and graduation while building strong connections with alumni and industry partners to enhance students' professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Career Services:

Provide career advice and job search guidance to students and graduates.

Coordinate internship placements and employability workshops.

Organise industry engagement events and career fairs.

Establish and maintain partnerships with recruiters and employers.

Promote and support Student Leadership Programs.

Alumni Relations:

Build and sustain strong alumni relationships.

Involve alumni in events and share institutional updates.

Student Life & Events:

Develop and execute student programs and campus activities.

Set goals aligned with institutional objectives.

Liaise with the Student Committee and Student Clubs.

Manage logistics for key events such as orientation and graduation.
