Established since 2009, we are a premium music academy that is committed to delivering the best in music lessons and customer service to our customers.A day in the life: Greeting all customers and building a genuine rapport with them, getting to know our students and taking a sincere interest in each and every child's progress Answering phone calls and email enquiries with professionalism Knowing our programs and products inside out and being able to make an efficient sales pitch Maintaining our database, student records, and tracking registrations/withdrawals Planning the schedules for students and teachers, ensuring that the daily flow runs smoothly Monitoring student attendance and arranging makeup lessons Organizing student performances and concerts, both big and small. Our kids have performed at venues as large as Esplanade Concert Hall and Botanics, and intimate settings like our inhouse auditorium. Taking charge of registrations and payments for examinations (Trinity Guildhall and ABRSM) Handle recruitment, training, and management of teaching and admin staff Generating reports as directed by ManagementRequirements At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
