Coordination with multiple stakeholders to track tasks
Enter cost splitting and contract variation information in Salesforce
Manage tickets and handover documentation
Perform of a variety of scheduling and planning functions
Record all actions and decisions in planning and status meetings and maintenance of project schedules in the Client s approved tool of record.
Create reports suitable for all required levels of project analysis.
Enter contract related information in Salesforce.
Document any delays in the project, and check if the delays are acceptable or needs to be escalated.
Submit site access requests and monitor drive them to approval.
Job Qualifications \xe2\x80\x8b
3- 5 years\' experience in project coordination management preferably with a Telecommunications Communications Services company
Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines, with the willingness to be flexible
Experience in interacting with other professionals in a working environment.
Flexibility to switch between different workflows, tools and requirements based on client demand.
