Key Responsibilities

Work Supervision:

Oversee daily site operations, direct multiple crews, and ensure tasks are completed according to specifications and deadlines.

Resource Management:

Allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively to support project goals.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to project standards and procedures.

Safety Enforcement:

Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure a safe work environment.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, or unforeseen delays on the job site to ensure smooth project progression.

Communication & Coordination:

Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, clients, and other parties.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and manage relevant documentation and contracts.

Technical Guidance:

Provide technical guidance to workers based on construction drawings and specifications.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Leadership:

Strong leadership to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive productivity.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of construction drawings, methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Time Management:

Ability to schedule, plan, and adapt to delays to keep projects on time and within budget.

Safety Awareness:

Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols on site.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues on the job site.

Hands-On Experience:

Often requires basic trade skills and the ability to provide hands-on assistance when needed.
