Key Responsibilities:

Site Management:

Oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.

Staff Management:

Supervise and train workers and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.

Safety and Quality:

Enforce safety regulations, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Progress Monitoring:

Track project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action.

Communication:

Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, and clients.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on site.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety inspections.
Specific Tasks May Include:

Scheduling and Planning:

Developing work schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating activities.

Material Management:

Ensuring materials are available and used efficiently.

Budget Management:

Monitoring project costs and ensuring they stay within budget.

Quality Control:

Inspecting work to ensure it meets project specifications and safety standards.

Safety Training:

Providing safety training to workers and ensuring they follow safety procedures.

Reporting:

Preparing daily reports, progress updates, and other management documentation.
Skills and Qualifications:


Experience in construction management or supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents. Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a specific industry (construction ). *

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or

relevant qualifications.
