Supervisor, Business Development




Job Purpose


The incumbent is expected to be the key person to handle Buses contracts. On top of that to provide operation, maintenance, technical support, and administrative support for the local projects.


Responsibilities


Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

• Responsible for correspondence of project client instructions, letters from all parties, attend project meeting called by clients, and site visit if required
• Maintain records & project file, ensure each project opens and closes with the necessary documentations such as subcontractors/suppliers’ Purchase Orders, payment history and final account etc.
• Co-ordinate with project owners, Subcontractor/suppliers for timely planning, scheduling & delivery of projects
• Co-ordinate with project owners, Subcontractor/suppliers for contract invoicing, billing & payment matters
• Support project business development in preparing and compilation of proposals, bids, and contracts

• Diploma/Nitec in related discipline
• Minimally 2 years of experience in a similar appointment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work

• Ability to read simple engineering drawings and familiar with contract administration activities
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

• Able to work independently and team player
• Excellent multi-task & take stress in a fast field moving environment
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
