The CSS OneTouch Supervisor is responsible for the management and coordination of activities related to the data analysts and Senior data analysts globally, providing problem solving support or direction to the team and internal customer\xe2\x80\x99s performing various duties listed.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to day-to-day operations of the Global CDS Operations OneTouch Services supporting the data analysts, senior data analysts and the program managers throughout the globe and time zones.
The Supervisor will monitor, control, and manage all problems arising from or related to support services, and ensure that the analysts adhere to all policies and procedures related to problem solving and escalations.

As a CDS Operations CSS OneTouch Supervisor, you will
Leadership:

  • Demonstrate business ethics to ensure confidence in yourself and BCD Travel\'s intentions.
  • Act as liaison between team members and upper management.
  • Interact with the staff in a positive manner.
  • Ensure group works as a global team yet ensure they can work individually as well.
  • Monitor and report team performance levels to direct manager.
Process Improvement:
  • Creation of process forms and documentation
  • Thinking out of the box to improve efficiencies and performances
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in support of continual products and applications and making recommendations
Projects:
  • Facilitating and leading projects related to the support of regional specific CSS items.
  • Flexibility and adaptability for new ways of work.
Strategic:
  • Point of contact for regional and country specific CSS items.
  • Supporting, coaching, and mentoring of team members.
  • Support to regional team(s) and closely work together with peers.
Communication:
  • Communicate clearly and concisely for ease in audience understanding.
  • Keep team and direct manager informed.
Training:
  • Onboarding new team members
  • Ensure team members are trained properly on various tools to perform the functions lined out that they are responsible for
  • Keep current on all processes
  • Seek opportunities for continued education for utilization in your role
About you Essential:
  • Minimum 2 years travel industry experience, preferable with TMC
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of working independently, but also working close with direct manager.
  • Ability to adapt to change and being flexible.
  • Ability to perform under stress and meet deadlines
  • Embrace diversity
Preferred:
  • 1-year prior leadership experience.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge/Experience
  • SQL and GDS knowledge
