Assist Store-in-charge in maintaining all company policies and standards in relation to running of the store such as store appearance and merchandising
Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers
Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
Assist Store-in-charge in compiling monthly report.
Training/Coaching the staffs to deliver high standard.
Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.
