Assessing the work performance of staff and identifying areas that need improvement \xc2\xb7

Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff \xc2\xb7

Managing the workflow of staff, creating team schedules and delegating tasks \xc2\xb7

Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met \xc2\xb7

Plans, monitors, and appraises job results \xc2\xb7

Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures \xc2\xb7

Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles \xc2\xb7

Setting goals for staff and making sure they comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s plans and vision \xc2\xb7

Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed \xc2\xb7

Reporting performance records and evaluations to management
