Manufacture of plastic components eg car bumpers, car seats, roof top.
Modify and design plastic products eg car bumpers, car seats and roof top.
Develop effective schedule and ensure material availability for the production of automobile plastics components in accordance to customer demands and resource availability/capacity.
Experience in automobile mechanical parts especially plastic components and constantly review and design better and more effective plastic components.
Experience in dismantling and assembling of automobile plastic parts so as to develop better designs to achieve higher performance plastic components.
Experience in automobile mechanical systems and automobile repair so as to recommend suitable material plastics to fabricate and improve system performance.
Track, analyse and solve technical problems related to automobile plastic accessories to minimize downtime caused by technical defects.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
