Responsibilities: . Assist in the day-to-day restaurant operations . Assist in preparation for restaurant service and table set up . Maintain good housekeeping regime and report defects in furniture and equipment . For bartender position - preparation of cocktail drinks, hot and cold beverages Requirements: . For Waiters and Waitresses - At least 1 year of relevant experience . For Supervisors / Captains / Bartender - At least 2-3 years of relevant experience . Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal communication . A well-groomed and professional appearance . Good command of spoken English . Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
