Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm
- Location: Clementi
- Bonus: AWS + VB
- Analyze business operations for continuous improvement to evaluate the risks linked with various approaches to process changes.
- Secure buy-in from senior management to implement identified solutions for implementation to improve business processes.
- Identify client requirements, manage customers\' orders, and prepare proposals/tender documents.
- Oversee 3rd party logistics performance against KPIs and manage costs.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in order management/business process improvement.
- Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment, ability to transition from Strategy to Hands-On mentality to deliver success criteria.
