Degree/Diploma with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in order management, supply chain or logistics.
Ability to speak, read and write business Korean language to support Korea market operations and communicate with Korea counterpart
Experience in data reporting and data analysis
Prior experience in FMCG industry, logistics, order management or any related field
Excellent in communication and coordination skills
Available to start immediate

The Job

Manage daily operations for the Order to Cash process
Handle customers for any requests and enquiries on their orders
Collaborate with back-end operations team and physical distribution teams to ensure orders are processed
Handle non-quality, rejections, returns and shortages
Analyze customer order data
Credit control communication process
Other duties assigned
