Job Description

• 
  Our client is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Japan and they provide materials/components for automobile-related products. They are currently looking for Supply Chain Coordinators x 2 due to their business expansion.
  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91
  
  • Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers/supplier & freight forwarders etc)
  • Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating/sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
  • Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
  • Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock)
  • Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
  • Might require travel on a case-by-case basis (F2F meeting or remote meeting)

  Requirement

  
  \xe3\x80\x90 What they are looking for \xe3\x80\x91
  
  • At least 2 years of working experience related to Supply chain.
  • Possess basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc) will be advantageous.
  \xe2\x80\x90 Preferably doing a similar role i.e. shipment arrangement or from freight forwarding companies
  
  • Posses good communication skills.

  8:30 ~ 17:30
