Job Description
$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- To develop the logistics network for ensuring the seamless, cost-effective movement of consignment and timely delivery of orders.
- To manage, negotiate & review contracts with vendors/ agencies on cargo/freight transportation.
- To ensure smooth and flawless operations round the clock.
- Improve performance (capability, availability, timeliness) by coordinating and integrating processes, resources, toolsets, and data architectures, in a more effective manner and ensuring that changes are self-sustaining in production.
- Monitor warehouse inventory to maintain ideal stock levels at all times.
- Vendor management, including review and assessment of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s qualification, contract negotiation, appraisal of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s performance, budget management, and reporting.
- Manage and place orders with local vendors for local purchases.
- Analyze freight forwarders rates for overseas shipment to ensure utilization of the most cost-effective shipment method.
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SAP software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
