Supply Chain Executive ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Supporting local sales and overseas deliveries (order processing, quotation, delivery arrangement)
- Coordinate with 3PL with orders release and arrange transportation
- Supporting the Singapore and overseas sales in liaising with customers, providing timely and accurate execution of customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs including sample requests
- Follow on orders and ensure sufficient inventory for customers
- Inventory managment (and disposal of inventory, if required)
- Participation of survey requested by the Department of Statistics
- Provide weekly Sales and inventory reports
- Assist in arrangement for blending and drumming activities
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel (Pivot table & VLook Up) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
