Supply Chain Executive

Adecco is partnering with our client in the industrial manufacturing industry and they are currently looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the incumbent will be supporting in smooth and effective operation of logistics and inventory management.

The Job:

• Handling inventory planning, import/export of finished goods, raw materials and packaging
• Consistently update inventory into SAP system
• Ensure on-time delivery from local suppliers and importation processes
• Coordinate with forwadrers for dispatch, monitor shipping status and ensure custom compliances
• Prepare invoices and packing lists of goods to be dispatched while ensuring documentation accuracy
• Compile inventory and supply capability reports, compare forecast and actual order on meeting targets
• Ensure Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) standard is adhered to while conducting proper briefing/training is done regularly
• Handle process improvement for supply and logistics processes including EHS standard

The Talent:

• Degree/diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
• Minimally 3-4 years of supply chain experience
• Proficient in MS office and SAP system is a plus
• Knowledge in import/export management is a plus
