• Salary: $2600 - $4000
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm / Sat 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 12.30pm
• Working Location: Tuas (Company Transport at Jurong East & Serangoon)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform Order Management activities in SAP \xe2\x80\x93 Including goods receipts and good issue in SAP.
Responsible for leading and facilitating all demand forecasting activities
Identify slow moving, obsolete and aging stocks and propose appropriate improvement actions proactively
Provide support relating to orders, inventory availability and response to fundamental questions regarding order such as status, price, availability, tracking information, and order confirmation
Manage inventory for allocated markets and ensure optimum inventory coverage
Responsible for planning periodic stock checks and stock takes
Monitor inventory safety stock level to avoid \xe2\x80\x98\xe2\x80\x99out-of-stock\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\x99 situations
Maintain inventory level in accordance with company procurement policy & procedure
Contributes to logistics projects within Operations (e.g. introduction of new logistics methods & planning concepts, ERP, productivity improvement, efficiency improvement, organizational development etc.)
Liaise with the shipping line or agent to check for empty container return/collection and cost
To monitor movement of dutiable goods between bonded and non-bonded warehouses

Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Business, or relevant fields
At least 1 to 3 years of FMCG working experience is preferred
Experience in SAP (Preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft office application
