Job descriptions
Purchasing
Point of contact with Central Purchasing in Financial Performances, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as Purchasing OTD, PR to PO Lead Time, Buyer's Service Level, etc. Support Contract development and implementation Perform key Supplier performance review on OTD & Quality Support key supplier development effort for improvement on OTD, Quality and Cost reduction.
Inventory Management
Overall-in charge of daily cycle counting and resolve stock variances Lead annual stock-take and generate stock-take instruction Responsible for preparing Inventory Report to HQ & timely submission of internal job closure
Operational Planning
Regulate Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Master Production Schedule, MRP parameters for the value streams Responsible for preparing Plant Workload Report to HQ Maintain Master Production Schedule across Value streams
Coordination For OPEX
Coordinate and maintain Supply Dashboard on OTD Customer & Suppliers, MPS Adherence, Procurement Plan Adherence, Stock Accuracy, Data Accuracy on BOM, Routings, Work Center & Materials Coordinate GPEC for OPEX committee and OPEX Audit Any other duties as assigned.
Job requirements
Diploma in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or any other related disciplines Min 3 years experiences in MRP/Inventory control/Logistics or similar capacity (Aviation preferred) Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook), SAP system Meticulous and able to work with team to achieve Team KPI
