MNC Pharmaceutical company is looking for Supply Chain and Admin Executive who has 3-5 years of similar experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Local and Regional Supply Chain related shipping documents in Singapore and Malaysia Responsible for operational work of Regional Distribution Centre (RDC), which is supply management for Asia/ASEAN territory (pharma only) Manage and monitor products inventory status Liaise with Parent Company on products import plan for Singapore and Malaysia Liaise with internal and external stakeholder for the products import and export arrangement Update and maintain local and regional supply chain activities summary record Responsible for office maintenance, welfare and supplies Administrative support to staffs, management and HQ Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior (e.g. IT support if needed)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Independent, problem-solving skills and able to perform multi-tasking At least 3-5 years working experience in related field Experience in Supply Chain will be advantaged Meticulous and details oriented
