Improve Logistics Activities . Assist the Manager to Identify the parts business requirement & setup the required business unit within the section. . To familiarize with various functions within the Logistics Management Department and look for improvement & create the procedure for each task. . Assist the Manager to detect any issue with our Parts operation. Perform Business Continuous Improvement Activities . Perform continuous improvement activities and performance improvement strategies . Perform identification of business requirements. . Assist Manager to integrate various functions and perform as a Supply Chain. . Coordinate activities to improve quality of Parts services. Perform Material Handling and Coordination . Administrate document control for audit trail. . Generate report for statistics and management review. . Administrate workflow procedure for improvement in efficiency within Logistics Management. . Develop materials plan and compile forecast to fulfil customers' orders. . Participate in Stock Inventory control. Perform Safety and Health Tasks . Report WSH incidents . Coordinate WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements . Suggest WSH solutions to address localized shortcomings in existing processes . Perform safety and health risk assessment . Comply to safety, health and operational quality standards Perform Technology Application Tasks . Source for technology application to improve task performance . Simulate & trial run for technology application.
