Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare export/import documents for all outgoing/incoming deliveries including COO, LC documents, FTA forms

• Single point of contact for monitoring all shipments and undertaking necessary actions to meet country/customer

• Liaise with freight forwarders and customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all work
  

• Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL team for all incoming/outgoing deliveries

• Undertake monthly inventory reconciliation of system inventory with actual physical count

• Review monthly invoices from 3PL and warehouse for all shipments
  

• Prepare contracts with the suppliers

• Consolidate orders from customer according to MOQ requirements and available stock

• Place purchase orders to the suppliers

• Monitor order status, inform sales team on production completion date

• Check Proforma Invoices from the suppliers to comply with agreed price lists

• Arrange payments to the suppliers

• Place shipment bookings to the agents

• Instruct the supplier on the container loading

• Customer complaints maintaining (investigation report, corrective and preventive actions)
  

• Prepare export sales orders, proforma invoices, freight quotes, reports and other documents using MS word, excel, database or ERP system (Navision)

• Provide support to sales team for all logistics related activities

• Help to arrange any specific deliveries to customers including samples, promotional items etc.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in related discipline or 3 years of proven working experience in the related/same capacity.

• Proficient with MS office

• Well organized, reliable, an eye for details, and service oriented

• Excellent multi-tasker with good time management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English) to liaise with internal/external stake holders

• Proficient in English language

• Able to perform logistic/warehousing duties with speed and accuracy without close supervision

• Knowledge in ERP system, preferably Navision
