Job Highlights

Your Roles

Coordinate and process customers\' orders and suppliers\' stock availability & deliveries.
Handle Import & Export documentations (BL/Packing Lists/Invoices/Certificate of Origin etc.
Coordinate on order processing, shipment and invoicing with relevant departments.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, forwarders on purchases, shipments, Marketing and Sales Plan.
Checking incoming and outgoing goods, maintain proper paperwork, packing and processing.
To track open Purchase Orders to ensure timely closure.
Complete related ad-hoc operations tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher in Marketing, Supply Chain, Business or
equivalent.
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field.
Good communication (oral & written) skill in English is a prerequisite.
Posses good IT skills and able to thrive in a technology driven workplace would be beneficial.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Accounting Data entry or equivalent would be beneficial.
Good knowledge in international trade, operations & logistics flow.
Able to lift heavy items for job purposes.
Able start work on immediate / short notice.
