Responsibilities

• In depth understanding of price risk exposure at each market and work with Mobility Pricing desks, Finance advisors and where relevant, Risk Marketing Team to ensure price risk exposures are mitigated to improve bottom line.
• Develop price risk exposure programmes in partnership with local pricing and finance teams to manage the price risks. Lead local team in the markets to ensure all price risks are captured, documented, and managed structurally.
• Support local team in the understanding of end-to-end cost to serve to improve, identify and utilise levers that can improve unit margins in partnership with various departments.
• Deploy improvement initiatives in Mobility Asia markets to identify end-to-end (fuel source, supply/logistics, network footprint, fuel pricing) value leakages; and then work with a cross-functional team to develop a blueprint of improvement plans to reduce/eliminate the leakages and optimise the end-to-end value chain.
• Understand each market\'s Mobility fuels industry, in terms of pricing, demand, market share and local market variation in motorist behaviour, seasonality as well as regulation. Support each country\'s pricing team to optimise pricing strategies for the best financial outcome.
• Manage the interface with Energy Markets Pricing Team and support local in the understanding of transfer price setting and price exposure to Mobility.
• Work closely with contract owner of fuel additives focal to optimise and leverage cost on additives packages for entire Asia through partnership with third party additive suppliers.
• Support and strengthen the government advocacy strategy in each market to facilitate increase unit margin improvement as well as Drive internal integration of R&D, fuels marketing levers to support the governments in improvements in fuels quality and or pathway to higher biofuels content.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse / Freight Forwarding is a plus.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
