About The Role Integrated Care Hub (ICH) is a building currently being built and set up, targeted to be operational ready by May 2023. It is a new addition to the Novena Health Campus nucleus. As a Supply Chain (Operations) Executive in ALPS, you will be based at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, you will manage the logistical planning, oversee the execution from the handover to operationally ready date. Working in a team, you will be required to liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Develop delivery scheduling plan framework, primarily to manage end user expectations, set limitations and structured approach to meet the targeted deadlines Work with internal and external stakeholders to schedule delivery and/or reschedule for missed delivery and/or coordinate for wrong orders, product defect, return and exchange Manage storage space and optimize turn-over of holding inventory Analyse data to support inventory management, stock availability and current consumption trend Generate weekly reports on inventory health Drive new initiatives and improvement across supply chain operations Any other duties assigned by supervisor Requirements Degree, preferably in inventory management or supply chain role Some experience in project management will be preferred Proficient in MS office and Excel Advanced analytical skills Familiarization with SAP would be an added advantage Ability to support crisis situations on short notice Benefits Competitive paid-leave entitlements including family care leave Contract completion gratuity payment Health insurance and dental coverage How to apply Please submit your updated resume in Microsoft Word format by clicking the APPLY NOW BUTTON Please include the following information in your resume for speedier processing. .
