Job Purpose This position is based in Singapore and you will be responsible to lead the supply chain related projects in Greater Asia region Job Responsibilities Leads cross-functional team in Greater Asia to drive projects from initiation to closure Prepares the Project Charter and project schedule Organizes and facilitates project kick-offs, workshops and trainings Monitors and communicates the project progress with regular cadence Identifies project risks and provides mitigation actions Designs and develops reports and dashboards for management, business and users where needed Our Requirements Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering At least 5-7 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics Solid project management skills required with PMP certification preferred Experience in creating Power BI dashboards is mandatory Good understanding in demand and supply planning is desired Knowledge in SAP is advantageous Can think logically with strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Good communications, presentation and facilitation skills Independent & mature working style Self motivated and able to work under pressure Culture and Benefits Here at BD, we embrace a growth mindset, building capabilities for the future and helping you become the best version of yourself.
