Responsibilities:

• Non-Perishable and perishable supply chain planning for domestic and imports.
• Effective inventory management to meet customer demand while minimizing wastage and adequate stock levels based on forecast.
• Understand and analyze grocery supply markets, and collate supplier database and their capabilities while maintaining supplier scorecard/performance reporting.
• Implement category management strategies that maintain or establish a sustainable technology, quality and cost leadership position for the company.
• Ensure supply chain continuity and procurement of stock are adequately supported to achieve optimal customer service levels and procurement outcomes.
• Managing 3PL partner that handles DC operations.
• Identify and create opportunities for long term partnerships, projects and cost savings within the supply base while proactively tracking progress towards these goals.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.

• At least 3-4 years of experience in Distribution Center supply planning operations preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields preferred.
• Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong team player.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Optimize supply chain operation by demonstrating a deep understanding of the online retail business.
