In charge of Supply Finance including cost accounting team; work closely with Regional office for legal finance responsibility.
Prepare annual budget, quarterly forecasts, monthly financial result and present to Regional & Corporate Supply.
Develop the annual product standard costs, spending and yields.
Provide cost analysis to support the new products launch.
Identify the risk & opportunity and provide latest view timely.
Generate insight in results assessment, develop alternative solutions and contingency plans in achieving financial commitments and targets.
Provide finance advice and solutions to critical business cases or tasks.
Review and approve annual capital investments plan and capital acquisition request.
Provide financial review on significant contracts.
Prepare working capital forecast and support treasury team to manage the cash flow, hedging, insurance matters.
Support the tax team for annual transfer pricing planning and other tax matters.
Drives productivity and develop plan to achieve productivity target.
Cooperate with internal and external audit and enhance the overall internal control environment
Requirements
Bachelor and above, or equivalent MBA and/or CPA
Minimum 5 years of related experience in a manager role, Solid experiences in planning and reporting, specifically Cost Accounting and Manufacturing.
Tracked record of development of successful strategy and program / product / process implementation.
Experience using company manufacturing and financial management reporting system, i.e. SAP.
