Adecco is partnering our client who is one of the global leaders in the luxury FMCG industry and they are currently seeking for a Supply Planning Coordinator to join their business. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the incumbent is responsible for tasks on PO management and delivery tracking.

The Job

Issue PO and perform updates and maintenance in SAP system

Monitor PO data to ensure accuracy, while reporting all PO processing errors to IT for resolution

Liaise with logistics teams to resolve issues on inbound goods receipts

Collaborate with stakeholders on delivery changes and update in system to capture the correct delivery changes. Escalate and resolve urgent cases to avoid shipment delays

Communicate effectively with global team on order prioritization and shipping arrangements to maximize delivery performance

The Talent

Diploma in any discipline

Prior experience in order fulfilment or supply chain will be advantageous

Experience in SAP system is a plus

Fast learner who possesses ability to work independently, detail oriented and well organized
