Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Professional to join a well-reputed Manufacturing Company, with Regional HQ based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain, which includes order processing/fulfillment, shipments, and logistics arrangements. The position also involves supporting the supply and product planning teams, managing S&OP process, master data maintenance, and internal audits. This individual will be dealing with internal transactions, i.e., factories and business affiliates; this is not a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate should have a Kaizen mindset with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement projects, has a good international trading knowledge and adept with related import/export procedures and documentation, and a strong people management capability when leading and collaborating with diverse teams. The ability to analyze, prioritize and manage competing priorities and solve problems independently is highly desirable. This role requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management or any related field, and at least eight years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain planning and Order Fulfillment. Ideally, the candidate should have prior exposure within the Asia Pacific region. Proficiency in MS Office with a working knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, JDA, etc. is also essential.
