Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage service reports and ensure accurate data is updated and maintained in SAP & ITSM system
  • Administrative work includes preparation of floor plans, issuing & updating of service report & checklist on day to day basis
  • Capturing of new and renewal maintenance contracts
  • Data cleansing, planning and scheduling for preventive maintenance jobs
  • Daily tracking of preventive maintenance scheduling and ensure timely assigning of jobs to respective field engineers
  • Engage customer on preventive maintenance disputes or issues with preparation of details including contractual period, contractual entitlements and dates of preventive maintenance rendered
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing data and trends, identify areas for service improvements and make recommendations to the management team
  • Other day to day task assigned by supervisor
Skills & Experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3-year relevant working experience
  • Preferably with SAP knowledge, however training will be provided
  • Must have excel knowledge
  • Quick learner, meticulous, able to cope well in high stress situation
