Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Survey Experience Officer (Household) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys in households, ensuring excellent respondent experience, and accurately recording data. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents\xe2\x80\x99 issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor
• Working Days & Hours: 5 days across Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday, Up to 44 hours per week.
• Location: Newton
• Contract Duration: Contract till 31 Dec 2024
• Salary: Basic $2650, Allowance $350

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys
• Excellent customer service skills - Focus on quality and customer service

• Selected candidates are required to complete the training course and passed the tests based on the given criteria
