Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and assessing the sustainability strategies, policies, targets, and priorities that aligning with business requirements and industry trends.
• Monitor and collaborate with other internal stakeholders for effective implementation of sustainability plans (including ESG Plan) and initiatives group wide.
• Perform sustainability performance gap analysis and benchmarking for improvement.
• Lead or assist in business transformation projects by providing sustainability and compliance advisory, as and when required.
• Prepare periodic sustainability presentations to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic sustainability reporting aligning with international framework and standards.
• Lead training programmes to promote awareness and understanding of sustainability group wide.
• Perform verification and validation (V&V) on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission datas completeness and accuracy.
• Keep abreast with the latest development on sustainability framework, standards, regulations and assess its implication to the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business Management, Finance/Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification.
• At least seven years of work experience in sustainability/ESG. Additional experience in audit/internal audit and/or business transformation would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of sustainability reporting processes, frameworks, standards, and regulations.
• Experience in maritime & offshore industry, and with marine insurance knowledge preferred.
• Excellent business writing skill and project management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, prioritization, presentation, and facilitation skill.
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Passion for value-add by helping management to solve the key problems for the Group.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and business knowledge of SAP preferred
