In Singapore it has built an impressive commercial and residential portfolio. Aside from the need to deliver current landmark projects, it has ambitious plans for ongoing selective growth. As a result, the firm has a pressing need to appoint a suitably-experienced Head of Project Management to steer multiple high-value development projects.The PositionOperating within a vertically-integrated development environment, the appointed individual will oversee a large project delivery team whilst managing all critical project responsibilities, milestone management and progress reporting (CEO and other key corporate stakeholders) for complex, high-value, mixed use projects. This will include budget and cost management, programme and project planning including alignment with internal departments (design, QS and more), the appointment and management of contractors, QA/QC and compliance as well as external liaison with local authorities for planning and approval processes.The PersonInterested candidates will offer an appropriate Degree/Masters\' complete with around 18-25 years\' relevant experience delivering high-value, high-spec mixed use commercial and residential projects with experience gained within Singapore and international markets (SE Asia / UAE). In particular, interested candidates will offer a proven record of successfully-completed projects (full life-cycle), strong leadership, energy and drive whilst equipped with attention to detail, organisational skills and appropriate commercial acumen.Depending upon relevant experience, the company will offer an annual salary of around $250k +/-.
