Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services.

In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME sand corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

In this role, you will be part of the Open-Account Trade Product Management team that provides suitable and asset-efficient trade credit insurance solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing & enhancing trade credit insurance solutions and processes to meet clients\' requirements for all DBS markets including direct responsibility for Singapore
• Manage the Bank Group\'s trade credit insurance policies including policy reviews, renewals, insurance obligations and other related matters.
• Support and facilitate the review of client\'s trade credit insurance policies
• To engage with business deal teams and relevant stakeholders in identifying needs and to develop suitable credit insurance distribution solutions.
• Work with internal bank partners to identify ways to optimise product efficiencies through system enhancements, process improvements and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, and risk distribution partners
• Manage Import Factors Portfolio under the Bank\'s partnership with FCI

• Extensive Trade Credit Insurance knowledge and experience

• Sound knowledge and understanding of trade finance

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Graduate in a relevant business field
