Job Purpose

  • Responsible to lead and drive the Digital Release Management to prioritise & deliver new/enhanced features on our Mobile/Internet Banking platforms
  • Responsible to ensure the integrity of our mobile app and be compliant to regulatory, app stores & play stores guideline
  • The role will require close collaboration with key partners across the bank, such as Technology, Delivery, Products, Information Security.
Responsibilities
  • Planning and implementation of new digital capabilities and initiatives supporting Digital and CBG Singapore objectives, which include budget, resource and budget planning and tracking
  • Ensure no breach in digibank compliance issue with regulatory, app stores and play stores
  • Continuous process improvement to reduce Incident management relating to release, coding, testing quality & learn via retrospect session
  • Run release retrospectives as an independent stakeholder to assess the success to the release
  • Reduce Incident management relating to release, coding, testing quality
  • Lead the team in the delivery & success of the Digital Release Management, backed by a structured governance principles and process
  • Streamline and manage the book of work for the Digital Single Backlog & monitor squad capacity, budgets, costs and benefits of release.
  • Meet regulatory & industry commitment, deliver customer journey that is joyful, coupled with MTJ outcomes that reduce demands to Call Centre, Operations and Branch.
  • Strong governance on HLE process & ensure that HLE are provided on time with agreed variance on cost
  • Prioritise & seek consensus with stakeholders on the value of the initiatives based on MTJ outcomes.
  • Work with Chapter / HO, delivery & technology to ensure key-strategic & regulatory projects are prioritised & delivered with optimal spend & utilization
  • Collaborate with Delivery & Tech / Release Manager to ensure release is within Budget & with quality, and reduce employee toil (ie. Stable environment, squad health / resource)
  • Liaise with Digital Channel Support team on Incident management relating to release, coding, testing quality
  • Spearhead the process of improvement to release incidence & issues, thereby reducing incidents
  • Run release retrospectives as an independent stakeholder to assess the success of the release & strategise on an iterative improvement plan
  • Provide steer in the Mobile app Governance framework and ensure compliance to App stores and play stores.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years\' experience in managing digital platforms & extensive experience agile project management.
  • Past Technology management, Project Management or Product Owner experience would be advantageous
  • Prior knowledge of Digital banking products and processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all level & deliver effective presentations to engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong business sense, especially on digital development, yet understand technical concepts and jointly work with Agile squads and other business teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex issues to stakeholders and team.
  • Ability to influence, by bringing together stakeholders, team members with competing priorities, interests, and concerns is critical
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple tracks and platforms.
