About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Group Finance

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of Strategic Financial Management team, which focuses on the analysis of Non Financial KPIs and play an active role in identifying opportunities for growth and improvements as well as providing advisory support on accounting related policies/ framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and determination of non-financial metrices in collaboration with Performance Management & key stakeholders as value drivers towards success measured in financial terms
• Identify clear causal links between value drivers and financial performance and set up dashboards to track agreed non-financial measures with key stakeholders and DMO
• Drive discussions with senior stakeholders using non-financial performance insights to progress towards desired financial outcomes

Job Requirements

• At least 10-15 years in product, segment or business management
• Well versed with business drivers for retail banking and/ or wholesale banking and highly numerate to understand correlation of these drivers to P&L and/ or balance sheet
• Embrace use of analytics and comfortable with statistical concepts
