This role is part of the Regional Consumer Products team which is responsible to develop strategy, drive growth and profitability of consumer banking products including unsecured lending, deposits, cards and payments. Within this function, ecosystem lending is a new business model in which we partner with leading platforms and fintechs to create innovative unsecured lending products and services that integrate banking into our customers\' digital lifestyle to make banking invisible.

Job Objectives

  • Be part of a dynamic team that is pushing the boundaries of unsecured lending through strategic partnerships, leveraging traditional and alternate data for underwriting and unique value propositions.
  • Launch & cultivate new partnerships with leading ecosystem platforms and fintechs to co-create new lending models and add new revenue streams for the bank.
  • Collaborate with regional and country teams to provide thought leadership on strategic initiatives, journey enhancements and business growth agenda.
  • Ensure delivery of financial performance KPIs for the consumer finance business as per the Group scorecard.
Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives and coordinate with regional and country stakeholders across product, risk, analytics, digital, technology, marketing, sales, operations.
  • Enable new business by introducing new products / features / channels through existing or new technology systems, channels, and eco-system platforms.
  • Work with external partners to continuously improve existing product offerings and develop new ones.
  • Closely manage partnership performance by engaging with risk, technology, compliance and other units.
  • Analyze new booking and portfolio performance trends to refine business strategy and build a high quality book of unsecured loans.
  • Support Regional Head of Consumer Products to develop and continuously sharpen the regional strategy for loans.
  • Strengthen and align the digital roadmap and customer journeys for loans across the markets.
  • Strategize and manage business reviews, budgets and management decks.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Master\'s degree in business, finance or engineering.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in product/risk management, consulting or analytics.
  • Experience in lending, cards, P&L roles preferred.
  • Strategic thinker, analytical, innovative; likes to keep up with industry trends and new technology.
  • Self-starter, accountable, resilient; likes to take initiative and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; should be able to work with regional partners from different cultural backgrounds.
