Our client is a German-Switz MNC company in providing security electronic products to customer
Responsibilities:
Providing end user support for day-to-day activities. Provides technical services and support assistance for end user devices such as laptop, desktop, workstation, barcode scanners, printers, and telephony related issues.
Process requests, incident, and execution of operational tasks in the day-to-day business and have it records and updates in the company IT ticketing system.
Software configuration, installation, deployment, and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Administering and supporting Windows 2012 servers, Active Directory, Windows 10, Office365, Intune and Android/IOS devices.
Assist in enforcing company policy regarding internal controls as well as complies with policies to ensure that the employee and the company act legally and with the highest standard of ethics and integrity.
Requirements:
1 year of experience with IT systems management or related field in multinational corporate environment.
Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Servers, workstations, VMware, anti-virus, and various software applications.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office365, MSSQL Server, MFA.
Must be willing to work non-standard hours as required, and to work with minimal supervision.
Some travel required for on-site related IT projects.
