It is the country's very first fully automated and 100% bio-friendly manufacturing facility, leading the charge for sustainability here in our shores. Green Lab, occupying a 200,000 sq ft facility, will provide sustainable solutions for businesses. We seek the one who can bring fresh ideas to our dynamic organization. We currently have the position to fill: Print Lab IT Specialist : We are looking for an IT System Specialist who will be responsible for the day to day operations and administration of Information Technology (IT) network, server, desktop and Internet infrastructure and related matters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: IT infrastructure and services

  • Manage IT infrastructure and services including Operating System and Software upgrading/patching as well as to ensure that current version and security is up to date and system performance is monitored to ensure uptime.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of users including create, update and delete user account and system access.
IT Support
  • Perform maintenance of desktops, updates, patches, hardware and software upgrades when required
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, licenses and software, and assist with IT assets procurement
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers
  • Provide 24x7 production support and troubleshooting together with internal and external users and vendors when required.
  • Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools
  • Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and update IT asset inventory.
  • Other Adhoc Duties assigned
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Applicant must have a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Computing/IT/Network or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT related field.
  • Must be a good team player and motivated to complete given tasks.
  • Resourceful and self-driven individual with sense of urgency and commitment.
  • You are also required to work irregular hours to rectify any issues, to upgrade system, to ensure system availability and to be on standby onsite for any events as and when required.
  • Advantage to have good knowledge in MS Windows desktop and server, MS Office application (MS Office 365 environment, Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, mac iOS) , Group Policy, Database: SQL Server, MySQL, and basic networking.
