Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement, maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, network, computers and other devices
• Plan, implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services
• Provide IT hardware and software support for office and retail users
• Plan and manage IT hardware and software purchases and license compliance
• Ensure security and policy compliance while performing technical tasks
• Contribute updates to technical documentation, procedures and process definitions
• Perform emergency or periodically planned information systems administration tasks, maintenance/updates and configuration changes
• Perform system & server monitoring and backup and restore procedures to ensure system and data availability
• Assist in the system integration hardware and software installation configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture
• Performs problem resolution as appropriate
• IT related projects

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant fields
• Preferably 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar responsibility
• Good hands on knowledge of Windows servers and client operating system coupled with hardware and software troubleshooting skill
• Good understanding of networking concept and devices
• Experience in implementing and/or managing cloud-based services e.g. Office 365
• Experience in using and supporting Mac, IOS and Android operating system and devices is an added advantage
