Job Info:

Salary: Basic up to $3800 + AWS + VB Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7:50am - 4:55pm) Location: Joo Koon (Company transport pick up at designated point island wide)

Job Scope:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into system specifications for plating operations Oversee and troubleshoot MES applications, ensuring reliable performance and accurate data management Deliver timely application support to reduce downtime and maintain business continuity Assist in upgrading and transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms Design and maintain solutions for machine data acquisition and SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis Conduct system testing, validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) Keep system documentation, workflow processes, and knowledge base updated and accurate Provide day-to-day technical assistance to production and inspection teams Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, and IT) to improve system features and drive user adoption

Requirements:

Degree in Computing, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in system analysis or application support Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application support processes Hands-on experience in system development, configuration, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) architecture and manufacturing workflows is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications Effective communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficient in C#, ASP.NET , VBA, SQL databases, and reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI
