: System Design Engineer A outstanding System Design Engineer with control and software background, to join the hardware and systems engineering team in developing and sustaining state of the art semiconductor wafer metrology and ins : System Design Engineer A outstanding System Design Engineer with control and software background, to join the hardware and systems engineering team in developing and sustaining state of the art semiconductor wafer metrology and inspection equipment. Responsibilities The job duties of System Design Engineer include but not limit to: Lead the automation system development Motion related design, simulation, and analysis Selection of sensors and actuators System integration, troubleshooting, and test Documentation and training to manufacturing and supplier Support production and field escalation Requirements PhD or master's degree in control or electrical engineering 2-5 years' experience in semiconductor equipment industry Hands-on experience with robots, automated axis systems, or feeding systems PLC/software programming and scripting experience Ability to read and define electric drawings, pneumatic and/or hydraulic plans Project leadership skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets Ability to work on cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative Knowledge in metrology, interferometer and optical system will be a plus All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
