Job Description

We are looking for System Engineer to join IT software company!

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB (Permanent Roles)
• AWS Cloud, CI/CD exposure and regional project exposure

Responsibilities:

• Performing general preventive maintenance tasks on laptops, desktops, EC2 instances, and
• any other company authorized equipment.
• Monitor, Assist and Track the progress of projects to ensure smooth execution to meet
• objectives & deliverables as set by business teams.
• Supporting the project teams in getting tech feedback to contribute back to CI/CD.
• Assisting with system testing for various environments (i.e. SIT/UAT) and issue/bug fixes
• Provide support to offices in Singapore as well as other remote offices around the region.
• Functioning as a single point of contact for all change/service requests from users
• Troubleshooting of all software/hardware related issues for users.
• Ensuring Daily Backups are completed in timely fashion.
• Facilitating the onboarding/offboarding processes of new hires and leavers including the
• setting up of IT equipment
• Configuration of Office Equipment such as Copier, Printers, PC/Laptop, Mobile Phone,
• Network Peripheral Devices(i.e. firewall, switch, etc).
• Providing system training to end-user where required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
• Experience with Servers, Databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management tools.
• Individuals with AWS Certifications are preferable but not required.
• Working understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching,
• etc).
• Hands-on Experience with Office365 suite as well as Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and cloud platforms
• (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional
• certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
